Memory loss: 4 tips to improve your memory

Everyone of us dreams of a perfect memory that is able to remember all what is needed. That is slightly reachable and not out of hand. Here are some tips that would help you improve your memory.
1. Stay mentally active; Just as physical activity helps keep your body in shape.So Do crossword puzzles. Read a section of the newspaper that you normally skip. Take alternate routes when driving.
2. Socialize regularly; Social interaction helps ward off depression and stress, both of which can contribute to memory loss.
3. Get organized; You're more likely to forget things if your home is missed up and your notes are not appearing anywhere. Organize your tasks, appointments and other events in a special notebook, calendar or electronic planner. And try to limit distractions as much as you can.
4. Sleep well; Sleep plays an important role in helping your memories.So make sure you are getting enough sleep as a priority. Most adults need seven to eight hours of sleep a day. as an average.
