                        🖤 Proven Strategies to Get English Learners Speaking🖤

    I've attended an online seminar that aims at helping ELLs (English Language  Learners) speak the language well.
    Most of the learners of this language pay a lot of money to learn to talk in English, but they end up unable to do so, as they struggle to gain English proficiency and fall behind academically. That's mainly because the learning systems still have so many limitations that should be overcame.
For that, teachers and educators should do a lot for these learners, and the first to do is to foster a welcoming environment in classes by implementing evidence-based classroom strategies. So teachers should set the classroom environment for the learners fully and totally, making it similar to a real life one in order to help the learners get exposed to an authentic language, the thing that helps them learn the language as it is spoken by native speakers. Adding to that, opportunities for them to talk inside and outside the classroom should be facilitated and increased, because as much as they get to talk is as much as the probability of mastering the spoken language gets better.

An Effective Teacher

   We all have passed through our own experiences with different kinds of teachers.Some of them were totally inspiring, directing,loving,careful and helpful. But this wasn't the case of all, since some teachers might have had different intuitions about teaching, thinking of a good teacher to be, is an angry face to show. Those mainly didn't have big influences on us as much as they destroyed something nice within us.
    Days have changed and theories have developed throughout time showing that a good teacher should highly work on the emotional side of the students, taking into consideration the importance of their needs and interests. In addition to that, teachers should always know and keep in mind that students come from different places and from different backgrounds, having different minds and different ideas within those tiny minds. And professional teachers, should highly try to match the interests of the kids in their hands. Moreover, they should keep in mind that the students are the center of attention and no matter what kind of activity they want to do, students have to be a part of it, as they should be involved in the process of learning themselves acting like active students in an interactive classroom.

Memory loss: 4 tips to improve your memory

Everyone of us dreams of a perfect memory that is able to remember all what is needed. That is slightly reachable and not out of hand. Here are some tips that would help you improve your memory.
1. Stay mentally active; Just as physical activity helps keep your body in shape.So Do crossword puzzles. Read a section of the newspaper that you normally skip. Take alternate routes when driving.
2. Socialize regularly; Social interaction helps ward off depression and stress, both of which can contribute to memory loss.
3. Get organized; You're more likely to forget things if your home is missed up and your notes are not appearing anywhere. Organize your tasks, appointments and other events in a special notebook, calendar or electronic planner. And try to limit distractions as much as you can.
4. Sleep well; Sleep plays an important role in helping your memories.So make sure you are getting enough sleep as a priority. Most adults need seven to eight hours of sleep a day. as an average.

How to Improve your Spoken English

is the most usable language on the earth now a days, so it is very important for us to improve our language in order to be able to cooperate with the whole world and walk with the flow. Here are some ways that would highly help you in improving your English, especially the spoken part of it.

Tip #1: Learn phrases; not just individual words.Learn phrases to help you speak naturally.
Tip #2: Listen to more English; Listening to more English will improve your speaking.Most English learners read too much and listen too little. But when babies and children learn English, they listen first – then speak – and later learn to read and write.
Tip #3: Practice speaking by yourself;(both reading aloud and speaking spontaneously)
Tip #4: Practice thinking in English; Practice thinking in English to improve your fluency. Try thinking in English for a few minutes today, to start building this habit!
Tip #5: Watch English movies and TV shows; This helps you get exposed to the language more and more, and throughout it you will be able to acquire new vocabulary words and phrases indirectly.

An Educational Leader

After attending a workshop under the title of "Creating a Civilized Leader"  on Sunday, December 8, 2018 with the educator Sharif Shahata, I just liked to share what I learned from him with you.  But let me first introduce Mr. Shahata briefly to you. He is from Egypt. He took his master degree in psychology as he has some religious degrees, and he is an educational trainer.The most thing I liked about him is his sense of humor and the way he introduces the ideas in the simplest way possible.
Now, let me tell you what a leader is:
A leader is a person that directs people toward a specific direction to make some planned changes. Any person can be a leader since leadership is not an innate skill, only 1% of the leaders have this skill from birth while 98 % of leaders around the world gain this proficiency throughout training and practicing. So me and you and anyone can be a leader if we had the will to be and if we trained our selves to be leaders based on a specific criteria. Here are the international characteristics of a leader:
1.Destination       2.Role model      3.The challenge      4.Appreciation       5.Empowerment
These five go hand in hand in making up a leader person, if one of them was missed the person wouldn't be considered as a leader at all.

A New Semester

A new semester had begun and higher achievements are on their way. After taking my teaching diploma degree, I found my way up into my master degree until I became one of the masters graduates with all of the efforts possibly done so far. And here we go.. I've finally succeeded as I finalized all the needed courses and went for the thesis as a final project. I know that taking a degree isn't something that can be done easily and without any effort, but I highly recommend going for the master after the TD especially for the EDUCATION students, cause they only have 5 courses left and taking them won't be causing any troubles especially that not more than two courses are getting opened every semester. Adding to that, attending these courses won't take you more than two days per a weak. So that simply costs you one more year for a higher degree and then not going for it!🖤

Friendship

“Our true friends are those who are with us when the good things happen. They cheer us on and are pleased by our triumphs. False friends only appear at difficult times, with their sad, supportive faces, when, in fact, our suffering is serving to console them for their miserable lives.” Paulo Coelho~ This is how Coelho distinguished between the real and the fake friendship. According to me, a real friend is the one who is always there for you to support you whenever needed, waiting nothing in return. A real friend, is the one who is able to read your thoughts and go through your mind without any permission. They will always be by your side in deeds.When God provides you with a real true friend, be sure that you don't need anything more than that. It's enough for you to sleep and a heart somewhere else is dreaming with your days together, praying that God never ends them up no matter what the consequences  are.

Types of Clouds Services

As I have introduced to you before the cloud service and its advantages in saving time and space on people's devices, now I will be telling you about the different types of it. And by the way, you might be using one of the cloud services without you even notice that. So whenever you look for the different types, you will totally have a clearer idea.
First, we have the storage only cloud SCVV.
Second, is the SAAS, which is the software as a service. Examples for this type are the sheets provided for you by google and the slides in addition to the documents that we were already introduced to them in this course, and we noticed how beneficial and helpful they are, and all of these you find them on your G-mail.
The third type is the PAAS, and it's the plat form as a service.
Now different types of clouds that we might be in contact with are: 1- The google drive. 2- One drive (microsoft products). 3- i-cloud (apple products). 4- Drop Box.

Cloud Services

Throughout years, computers started developing step by step until they reached a place we have never dreamed off. At the very beginning,we were all amazed with the idea of the floppy disk that was used to carry up information from one computer to another, but we didn't know that in few years this thing will turn in to a CD that can hold more information and data, and then we ended up holding USBs instead of the mentioned two. Later on, an new idea crossed over the world making life much easier on all of us. The cloud system appeared, raising the technology in to a very high level. This service is defined by the use of computer software and data which is processed and stored by a remote computer. The advantages of this service are many. First you can have an access from multiple devices to what you need to work at. Then, it back up your information automatically, so no more need for backing up data. Third, no more software and hardware maintenance and no software installation. Adding to that, this service is able to improve the security of your computer. Last it makes your connection faster. For that, teachers can always back up their work including exams, sheets, lesson plans and meetings in a safe place.

Kids

Kids are the garden of life, kids are the soul of a wife, kids might make you out of mind, but it never mind, they will always be the sunshine that lays down really fine. Four years ago, when my journey of teaching started, I new the real meaning of patience. I knew what it costs for a mom to raise up her own child. And how much does it take from you to build up generations. One year after another, the kids became the soul of my heart, they taught me as much as I taught them. They showed me that life isn't as bad as it looks, neither as easy as it seems to be. And in order to reach your goals you have to be a better dreamer. And as much as you work is as much as you harvest in return since you will never lead the work of others. My kids, my children, became my inspiration where ever I go, and I knew that no matter how far I will reach, I will always hold with me these loving hearts of inspiration.

No words can define that feeling between a mom and her daughter. It is the most ideal kind of emotions that one could ever feel. My mom, is my first friend. She is the holder of my secretes and the protector of my emotions. I have never ever dreamed of a better person to be by my side. She is always there for me. She is the solver of my problems. When I am sleeping, I always know that there will be a person in the second room praying for me and for my future. May God keep her for me and never let me see in her a bad day. You are really a person who I will always depend on. I Love you mama.
